December 5th is International Volunteers Day. Humans in Geelong value the opportunity to shine a light on the local individuals and causes that inspire us to serve. Volunteerism empowers individuals to find their purpose, to take their passion, and turn it into meaningful change. We are celebrating by putting on a fun day with something for everyone!
The event runs from 10-3pm and there are over 100 participants.
There will be Red Cross First Aid room behind the stage, a water refill station, food trucks, coffee van, Rotary Sausage Sizzle and items for sale. You can bring items for sale too. Bring cash. Gold coin parking across the road or next door, by Rotary.
There will be no capacity limits and masks won’t need to be worn. But State Government rules are that all participants, workers, even volunteers etc. need to be double vaccinated or exempt to attend events.
