Creating Magic with Tiny Adjustments
Dan has over 20 years experience performing magical entertainment at Respite Holiday Programs, for the ASD community and various other special occasions for children and adults with special needs.
When performing to people with a disability, Dan invites individuals up to assist, and approaches willing audience members, performing magic with them where they sit. This makes it a very magical and inclusive show.
Dazzling Dan’s Magic Shows can be adapted to your needs!
Dan’s professional magic show brings a certain structure, an organised excitement and calm at the same time. This is very predictable and comforting to children with anxiety or social awkwardness. Having a child on the Autism Spectrum with Sensory Processing needs, Dan understands how magical a show presented in the right way can be. Dan intuitively understands how to adjust for maximum enjoyment and fun for all.
Magic is an international and visual art form so even if a child can’t follow the story or is hearing impaired they can still appreciate, feel included and enjoy the show.
Around Victoria Dan regularly performs at the school’s, holiday and respite program’s for children (and adults) with special needs.
If you have a Birthday, Holiday Program Event, School Activity (including homeschooling) or any other special occasion for children or adults, contact Dazzling Dan the Magic Man to add a touch of magic.
Dan also provides tuition and corporate entertainment for adults. Recently teaching at the Barwon Paediatric Services Conference and providing entertainment at the Australian Psychological Societies AGM. These specialists realise just how engaging having a trick or two up your sleeve can be.
“Dazzling Dan – the name says it all! Dan has all the magic tricks… and does them in a wonderfully understated and humorous way. He is great fun to have at corporate functions and ever so patient as he teaches you some of his magic arts to perform yourself.”
Dr David Fuller. Divisional Medical Director, Director of Paediatric Education

What our customers say
Thank you very much again for Sunday. When we arrived at school yesterday morning and Joshy’s teacher asked him about the party, he didn’t get a chance to tell her anything as the other kids were telling her how cool it was, and telling her all about your different tricks. One of them said it was ‘the best party he’d ever been too’ and a number of the parents told me that their kids now want to be magicians when they grow up! Fantastic day.
